Hello again Master David! Indeed I can see how understanding a little more about hertz frequencies might be helpful for those of us who love your music so much! This evening, my practice was at 963hz! Once more, since it was a healing piece, I was free of any pain and my heart was peaceful and deep into just “being!” There were no specific thoughts per se` but a profound depth of feeling! Frankly, it has been a joy to learn that my mind has truly grasped the “pecking order” of these exercises in the entire routine of Tai Chi Gung! Amazingly, compared to my first time “winging it” without Master Rasaji’s narration, each time has appeared easier than the last to perform! Think about it! Because your music takes us wherever our hearts go . . . we have exotic trips through dreams, different countries, and our thoughts just flow to different dimensions when we relax and allow these beautiful frequencies to “just be” within our beings! So actually, my Tai Chi Gung has become a time of wonderful relaxation as I listen to the surprise continuity of these frequencies! What an amazing adventure and journey! It really puts the finishing touch on these very special movements! Thank you once again!
