I’ve just completed my Tai Chi Gung plus the Lama’s Lotus to this frequency. I must say, of all those I have listened to thus far, this was the fastest tempo! I tried to remember that “fast” is not what we want in Tai Chi Gung! So since I cannot disregard the rhythm built into my whole being, it was a bit of a challenge to quiet down the movements to match the sound, but still keep the exercises concise! It was a challenge! But it was a joy to escape into this frequency! I can attest to the fact that right now I’m not feeling any fears or anxiety! We cannot be anxious about matters we cannot change ourselves! That would include not being able to access the exercises on the Rasaji.com website! We are undergoing many changes on the website, so heaven only knows what the future will bring. Once again, saved by the special sanctuary that I find on “healing frequency music.com!” I can retreat into this peaceful setting no matter what website isn’t working! We students of Tai Chi Gung must be prepared to continue our “inside job!” This means, if all electrical goes out, for instance, and there’s NO MUSIC AT ALL! Then one can make his or her own music internally and continue no matter what! This commemorates my 8th 45-day challenge! So as a serious student, I am forever grateful to having this wonderful website of Master David’s to change my challenges into victories!
