This has been an enchanting trip into complete surrender! I feel relaxed and rested! Yet I am now looking forward to getting a good night’s sleep! That will be no problem! If my mind veered off course during this Tai Chi Gung session, it was only for a brief moment, until I could mentally “right” the ship back on course! This was not only one of the most enjoyable sessions for me, but also one of the most restful! It’s amazing how each piece, through it’s frequency and melody story, never fails to deliver!
